Homemade Organic Pizza Dough
Servings 3 Large Pizzas


  • 1 KitchenAid Mixer w/ Dough Hook
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Kitchen Scale


  • 500 grams 00 Flour OR Bread Flour OR All-Purpose Flour OR a Mix of both
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 330 grams Warm Water
  • 1 packet Dry Active Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt


  • Combine all ingredients into Kitchen Aid and mix on medium for 8 minutes
  • cut into 3 sections
  • boule into a ball ( do this for all 3 )
  • rub little olive oil on tops
  • set damp tea towel on top for 45 minutes
  • For best results keep each ball in a separate container for 1-3 days *Eat 1 pizza today, and 1 tomorrow and 1 the next day! The 3rd pizza will taste the best*


You Can substitute the water for beer and yay you’ve made beer pizza!
