Pizza Dough
Homemade Organic Pizza Dough
Equipment
- 1 KitchenAid Mixer w/ Dough Hook
- 1 Tablespoon
- 1 Measuring Cup
- 1 Kitchen Scale
Ingredients
- 500 grams 00 Flour OR Bread Flour OR All-Purpose Flour OR a Mix of both
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 330 grams Warm Water
- 1 packet Dry Active Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into Kitchen Aid and mix on medium for 8 minutes
- cut into 3 sections
- boule into a ball ( do this for all 3 )
- rub little olive oil on tops
- set damp tea towel on top for 45 minutes
- For best results keep each ball in a separate container for 1-3 days *Eat 1 pizza today, and 1 tomorrow and 1 the next day! The 3rd pizza will taste the best*
Notes
You Can substitute the water for beer and yay you’ve made beer pizza!
